Damn, that is the second double small of back holster I've seen the past couple days. Previously to the one in the Glock 41 love thread in the Glock forum I had never seen one before.
That looks like it would be guaranteed back problems from a variety of directions.
I'm not a ninja. I don't anticipate jumping over fences or getting into vehicular chases.
Good rig bears and spreads the weight very well.
And when I go to Inglewood, I strap the fourth onto an ankle holster.

The guy used to post on GlockTalk too but apparently he's gone from here as well. It was Seth's Custom Leathers.
I was wondering what happened to him. Had one of his 1911 holsters as well as a nice sharkskin belt. Was very happy with both of them, and the prices were quite reasonable.
