I bought some of this marinade a while back and fell in love with it!
I am not big on "pan cooked" meats but my favorite way to cook with this stuff is to throw some pork or chicken in a pan, smother with jerk sauce and cook on med low heat for 10-15 minutes.
The sauce carmalizes and really sticks to the meat.

If you havnt tried this stuff...give it a whirl!!!

Jerk is better on the grill...and MUCH better when whatever meat you wish to jerk (haha) is marinated 24 hours in advance.

Walkerswood is an excellent brand as is Jamaican Country Style.

Grace Foods original HOT jerk seasoning is absolutely NUCLEAR.

Thumbs on Grace brand products. It's great on chicken/pork/fish. For chicken I like to go 24-72hours and pork needs baout 24hours and fish needs about 10hours.

One thing for sure, if you jerk any meat & grill it, it seems in my opinion to get hotter.

The flavor of the Grace is wonderful but I'm sorry it's just way too hot even for me.

I'll stick with Walkerswood...or my own recipe.

The stuff I used was by KC Masterpiece...I am going to have to look into some of these other brands. I have had another brand but I forget the name of it...it was in a "squareish"bottle.

I LOVE hot but sometimes hot dont love me lol

hint walkerwood has like 3 different hottest of jerk marinadeds. Go with the mild and let the meat marinade for less than 4 hours and then work your way up.

My Jamaican friend Auntie uses some jerk paste and she marinades a whole chicken once for like almost a week.

Yeah Mon, dats one hot Bird ;)
