wife patiently waiting...
RO giving instructions
The SWAMP THING struck again at the Central Jersey Gun Club Plate Bay!
Here is Marc Tarabour, Team Sidearmor making it happen at the plates with six inches of water!
LOL... unbelievable, how many matches do you get to pretend you're a Navy Seal and shoot while standing in water? Gosh, I panicked when I figured out that I left my maritime cups at home!
Marc and Russell, THANK YOU for lending me your custom Japanese-made beach sandals with the shiasu messaging nubs that gently massaged my feet as I waded through the water with them... it made my match jitters diminish a little.... LOL!
Check out Marc Tarabour's reaction to Andy Fazio making his RO Crew tell Marc that a Piranha was put in the water a few minutes ago... Marc's saying "Really?"
The RO's at the GSSF match in Central Jersey have found the best way to keep competitors from picking up their brass when their heads are turned... (I should try this with Chris S. when he comes to Fulton next year;f)
Check out my buddy Boomer shooting the Plates and the kerPLOP that the 10mm brass made next to boomer (in the water)...
"Brass? Forget about it!"... I'm saying this while thinking of my friends Eugene, Bob and Glenn. Glenn, we MISSED you at the match!
These two guys are super-good friends... they MD'd the match... way to go dudes... it was a GREAT MATCH! Next time, forget about the Piranha, okay?
My new friend Eric and my old friends Dave, Andy and Jimmy G.
This is the COOLEST thing about GSSF... meeting people at the matches!
You know, in Jersey, TIPS are everything... if you TIP right, you get to shoot the plates WITHOUT getting your feet wet!
Check out the RO's making sure they know how much the shooter in the yellow shirt paid before they decide to let him either stand up or sit down to shoot... ;f ;f ;e
UPDATED PIC to have correct resolution so it is displayed properly...
The shooter with the Yellow Shirt... yup, he paid the extra FEE to standing up instead of sitting down to shoot. He musta TIPPED really good!;f
Oh yeah... what is that on his back under his shirt? It looks like a Floatation Device! The water is DEEPER than you think!;e
GSSF's Diane is STILL smiling after a long weekend of handling the GSSF Match Registration and collecting the score sheets and putting up with us troublesome Glockers!
Hey Marc... HAPPY FATHER's DAY!!!
Nice day to be with your son Russell, shooting at a GSSF match, isn't it?
It sure was nice seeing both of you again.
Andy Fazio on his Kawasaki Nomad... very COOL Bike Andy!
I like the paint job.
Here's my friend Eugene Zaiss RO'ing the 5TG Stage (one of three setups)... Eugene must be from Hawaii... check out the Jersey version of "Hang loose"... ?Eugene, the fingers are supposed to be pointed up, not down!;f
Hay Frank here is what it looked like on Saturday when I brought the sun with me I know when to show up ;f ;f
Here is the Pistol People group with some guy we all know.
Sniper!... Sorry we missed you and the Stupendous GlockMom on Saturday!
It sure looked like a different range on Sunday didn't it?
We have to do some special anti-Swamp-Thing ceremony before next year's match... or perhaps the Swamp-Thing will do Saturday next year!;f ;e
Frank, missed seeing all you guy's also.
