Here is when you know that tacticool has gone way too far. I mean lever actions?
Forgot to add- This one is from Mossberg. 464SPX
Has to be from an alternative universe
Old news, that was shown at the SHOT show in Jan.
And no, it doesn't excite me at all. Don
Lever guns are the great grandfather of modern assault weapons. Seems a natural progression to me.
Well I'll be damned. You mean that picture of the gun at SHOT wasn't taken this morning? We better not show any other guns that have been previously photographed then, huh?
This wasn't meant to be news Don. The post is a statement, a declaration if you will.
where is the accessory rail on the lever?
What great grandpa do you know that dresses like his great grandkids? Not a thing natural about that.
What a shame...
They'll slap rails on and call anything tactical to sell a gun.

In my mind, to truly be "Tacti-cool", something has to either serve no purpose, or be a cheaply made Chinese knock-off for air-soft guns. In my rabid attempts to truly be Tacti-cool, I have ordered one of these for $100.00 It will surely either break or melt the first time I shoot my AR with it mounted, but it is truly tacti-cool.
That pic was taken at Shot SHow at the Mossberg booth. Here is some video I took of it lol.

For sale on Gunbroker at $410.19
Wasn't intended to be offensive, sorry if it seemed that way to you. Internet posts often don't convey the attitude of the one posting. Don
It's clearly way more dangerous than any other lever action and should be banned immediately!
Although I would never own one, I gotta admit I kinda like it.
No worries at all. I wasn't offended.
Well at least i can now say the "turn an SKS into an AK" kits and gear are no longer THE silliest thing in the "tacticool" market.
I cant say I like it, but I can say if it is the gun you have and are good with and you have ammo piled high for it why not!! I cant say that I would do it but I can see where some guys are attached to their guns and choose to modify their so called babies. LOL
If it was rare and made in Germany, you would want is soooooo bad.
