It is so dang cold here in FL (34° right now) that I decided to whip up some homemade lentil soup which is one of my favorites. Also love, yankee bean and split pea with ham. What's your favorite cold weather soup?

My girlfriends sauerkraut chili. If I drink a few Dr. Peppers with it..... Well lets just say a Dutch Oven is imminent.

Hot and sour soup from this little Chinese place here in town.

The building is a wreck and looks awful but the food is outta sight.

Their hot and sour soup towers over all others that I have sampled.

I agree! It IS cold here in Central Florida this weekend! Your soup looks great! We opted for Black Beans and Rice tonight. I love Chili when it is COLD like this but we made that last weekend!

Did you see any snow flurries this morning? We missed them, I guess!

    Stay warm!
