I believe the price has been reduced as production (At least assembly) of the P30's as with the HK45 and HK45C are taking place in the states now.
It is nice that H & K Pistols Have Come Down In Price
Still haven't found the elusive USP .45 with a stainless slide though.

I could use mags. USP (45c 8 rd and 45 12 rd) and P30 (9mm 15 rd). Where is the best price?? Would also like a nice price on the X-Grip for a P30 15 rd 9mm into a P2000SK
