    Greetings.

I know that most threads here about ejection issues are on the 19's. I also know that a few have reported issues with 23's.

Is there any indication as to if there are just as many .40 issues as 19's, or is it simply that there are more 19's in existance, resulting in the perception that the 19's have the most issues?

In other words, is it simply a numbers game, and we see more 19 threads because there are more 19's than 23's?

    Thanks!

The only issue I have is my 22 runs out of ammo. :whistling:

    Beyond that no problems.

The whole thing is kind of funny. Everyones 9 ran perfect, Glock tweaked the design to make 40. 40s ran rough at times.

Then Glock tweaked the 40. Npw the 9 runs rough cause glock insists on interchangeable parts mostly.

    I wouldnt worry.

Well I do agree you will see more G19's than G23's but if there were that many issues with the .40 S&W models we would have heard much more. If there is a few then I wouldn't worry. With production guns there are always a few that will have minor issues and go unnoticed.

i just got my gen 4 23 on fri...
sun i put about 275 rnds down range...
ejection was a mix, most shot out to the right, maybe 3 hit me in the dome...
not a bad percentage in my book...

This, the Glock is now focused around the .40 for LE contracts...so the .40 is better off than the 9s. Glock listens to the people that write the big contracts...which isn't us.

99.9% of all gen 4 issues were 9mm. The 40.s never had many issues. In fact the .40 benefited from the changes.
