Isn't America Beautiful? Monument Valley in Winter - Photo

    I ran across this photo online that was taken a few days ago in the world famous Monument Valley. And its beauty made me remember this simple fact:

    Aren't we so very lucky to live in such a beautiful country as the United States of America?

    No, I didn't shoot it. I found it through google images.

    It's one of the coolest places ever though. I've only bummed around on the alvord side of things, with the hot springs and cinnabar mine and stuff.

    It's on the Navajo Res.and they are pretty fussy about keeping it pristine. The good news is that there are many, many red rock spires on BLM land throughout the four corners area. If you want to climb some it should be no problem.
