I know there have been posts about like or dislike. In this thread, it's purely about reliability. If you own a G43, how many rounds through it? How many failures? If failures, are they particular to a specific ammo?

Over 800 rounds through it, not a single hiccup. Love this little pistol.

500 rounds for me of every kind of ammo. FMJ, JHP, and steel and not a single malfunction. Its an extremely reluable gun just like every other handgun Glock makes.

Only about 400 rounds through mine, but flawless so far. Quite a few different types of rounds too.

100% so far not only with range ammo but every SD loading I've tried. I don't have an exact round count at the moment, but I'd estimate it to be somewhere in the 900 to 1000 range.

So far I shoot all factory ammo. My son tells me we have about 1200 empty brass. (Going to teach him how to reload, but don't have 9mm dies yet) With lost, 'don't want to pick up today', and shooting on muddy days (etc) we must be nearly 2,000 rounds. That's mostly Winchester white box ball ammo, but I like to shoot what I carry so there's also some Hornady Critical Defense (don't use it any more) Ruger ARX and Winchester Train & Defend both T's and D's. I've never had a single misfeed, stovepipe, or misfire.

I quit counting at 2000 rounds, many months ago. The only feed failures I have had are when using aftermarket magazine extensions and JHP's

Both MagGuts and Taran Tactical gave me problems, only the Pearce +1 have worked without fail, but I prefer flat bottom magazines so only use it for spares and the range

2350 rounds through mine as of this morning. 2100 FMJ (assorted brass case, mostly Speer Lawman), 250 hollow points (Gold Dots, HST).

    0 fail to fire
    0 fail to extract
    0 fail to eject
0 fail to lock slide back after last round

I have around 2000 rounds through mine, 1500 of which are FMJ. I have had malfuntions, most due to TT extended base plates before the correct springs were put in them. Some were to bad ammo but as far as the gun is concerned, very few malfunctions due to it, if at all.

I've got three, no idea how many rounds, but a bunch.

Never a hickup, I use Pierce +1s on all my mags.

I bought mine in January and have about 1100 rounds through it with zero malfunctions of any kind.

Ours has been flawless so far. Admittedly, only about 500 rounds down range.

    We trudge on.

I have two G43s both are 100% reliable. Never an issue. My G42 is a different story.
