Is this really rare and worth the starting bid or more?

The problem is for that price you will find a lot of beautiful alternatives.

Like that scene wasn't creepy enough and then you go ahead and post a picture of it repeating over and over again.

To the OP: If it was a truly unique piece and your into collecting guns and not shooting them then it may be worth it. If you ask someone like myself that shoots guns instead of collecting them then the price seems ridiculous.

Nope not a collector at all. I was just wondering because that thing is ugly.

I have looked at those on-line already. I am considering getting one. I need to get my SR1911 first.

"COLT OFFICER'S ULTIMATE SERIES 80 SEMI AUTOMATIC PISTOL IN 45ACP.
THIS PISTOL IS UNFIRED AND COMES IN BOX WITH PAPERWORK, MANUEL
AND 2 MAGS. THIS PISTOL IS FLAWLESS WITH NO PROBLEMS, NOT SURE
HOW MANY OF THESE WERE MADE BUT THIS ONE IS SERIAL NUMBER 88."

From the ad.. I guess it is easy for a pistol to be flawless if it has never been fired... :animlol:

Even though I have a Colt Rail gun, this might be my next 1911 purchase. You just can't beat the price for what you get. I'm honestly surprised that auction is still going. I'm almost tempted to buy it right now.....get it!
