I just bought a whole bone-in ham. A 20 pounder. I can not find anywhere on it were is says it's fully cooked. Directions say to heat for 20 minutes per pound at 325 degrees.... That's 6 1/2 hours...;P

The woman assured me it's fully cooked but I'm having a hard time believing it...

The whole hams are usually partially cooked. Cook it as the directions say.

What's the matter? You can get that smoker up to temp in no time.

Then sit back and consume a few in that six hours. I got to do the same with a gobbler New Years Eve. She will probably take eight hours though.

I really thought about the smoker because the wife and were fighting for the oven, her with her Pumkin Rolls (If you ever had one you wouldn't stand in her way) and me with the ham. But I wanted to try the new oven. Dang I wish I had room for two ovens...;Q
