on the hunt to buy a new glock, and was wondering if there was a "holy grail" so to speak glock that is hard to come by and seems everyone wants?? i know at one time the TALO glock was highly sought. but was wondering if there is a certain one that is the needle in a haystack

Besides something that is unobtainable like the G18, I think everyone wants to have a GEN1 G17 or 19. I personally don't want one but there are a few that say they do. It seems like there are less than a handful G19 gen1s because glock to g 17 frames and cut them down. I think I have that right. Either way, a gen 1 glock is very hard to come by.

The legendary Glock 7. Made of ceramic parts that is undetectable and costs more than what you make in a month.

There were rumored to be tan-framed (not OD) 17's, 19's, and 26's that were made for some distributor before the OD's came out, but I've never seen any and I've never heard of Glock confirming their existence. I heard they were the same color as the Sand colored knives.

Glock 20SF in RTF2 if you can find one. It probably would have to be made from a 21SF RTF2 frame though.

You need a special permit to own a full auto G18
and there are not many around.

The gen1 G19 is the rare one, around 24 made.
    That's my Holy Grail Glock

If you think 18 is hard to buy, try to get a Glock 25.
