    A DN *** prefix gen 2 19 would command a premium too.

Yes, the first run of gen 2. First year of production. And gen 1 19 had DN*** for them too. But being I don't personally own a gen 1 19 I dont know for sure?

Of the 4 Gen 1 G19 pistols owned by members here (that I know of), all are AN***, I believe.

Gen 2 19s with Austrian proofs consistently sell for higher prices than brand new guns--especially if they have original Tupperware, paperwork, accessories. I sold one last year for $1200... Still don't know why the guy wanted it so much, but there are variants people will pay a premium for.

The one in Cody is a DN. I know of a GCA member who also has a DN.

Looking at the other thread - the 1988 manual, box and speed loader have collector value - they should make your gun more desirable than a normal G19. Unfortunately, the slide wear is meaningful and really hurts the collectability. It looks more like holster wear than what happens from the box.

Do you have a picture of the magazines (hole side)? Based on the floorplate they are probably pre-ban. If they are full metal lined drop free pre-ban they will bring ~$100-$150 ea on Gunbroker - maybe more with the current rush.

Someone else will have to help with the value of the manual, box and speed loader.

What other type of information would you like about the gun, this group can definitely provide a lot of info.

Question ....I would have thought the majority were all Austrian made? What percent would you guess were?

US G19.2 with Austrian proof marks (more so if it has a personal or family relations provenance).

Legit provenance can make anything collectible if what it ties to is desirable to someone.

Early gen 2 G19s with their original accessories. Things to look for include: pre-upgrade internals, austrian proofs, early Glock mags, 1988 manuals, early Glock loading tools, adjustable rear sights and porting.

I’ve been on the hunt for a good deal on a gen 2 19C for years.
