CDNN, on their website, offers new Glock 22/ 22SF mags for $19.99.

I wasn't even aware that the SF version of the 22 had been announced yet.

I have a 22 and like it the way it is -- a slimmer grip might be nice, but I won't get a 22SF just for that purpose.

Now, a 19SF would REALLY intrigue me.
I would guess that they're just talking about ambi mags. I doubt that they're going to make the G22 grip shorter (not slimmer...SF=Short Frame).

But I believe they are planning on making most, if not all, models available with the ambi mag release, which will take the newer style mags.

BTW, why a G19SF?? The grip is short enough as it is, IMO.

Here's the actual ad copy:

"Brand New • 4th Generation Glock Factory Mag • These Mags Will Fit Both The New Glock 22SF and the Glock 22, Cut For Ambidextrous"

But if all they were gona do was make it take ambi mags, why would they call it "SF" -- short frame?

Knowing CDNN, it could easily have been a misprint.

Also, I could be wrong, but I would still think they would come out with the G20 in SF long before messing with the size of a G22 or 19.

CDNN can call them anything the choose to call it, but there will be no G22SF.

If you need to have a G22 in an SF configuration than you need to be in a nursing home on an IV.
An arrogant statement! Some folks would prefer not to have such a large camel hump at the bottom of the backstrap on full-size small-frame Glocks.

If Europe is an indication of what's to come, ambi-mag release Glocks are given the MB designation.

Since, the currently available ambi-mag release Glock Model 17 & 19 in the EU are called Glock Model 17MB & 19MB.

I would buy one for my wife . She carries on of my g22's but it is a little to big for her hand. A sf would be great for her . Then i might be able to get my spare glock back.
