Is memory foam machine washable?

    Junior drank too much water this morning and got sick on his dog bed.

    Can you machine wash memory foam pads?

    I thought you were talking about your bed. You'd need a hell of big washer to fit your bed in.
    I have no idea. It's open cell and you'll play hell trying to get fluid out of all the cells.

    Wash, spin, hang to finish drying. Don't put in dryer.

    You'll likely ruin it. Memory foam will hold the water in the open cells and be nearly impossible to fully dry. Also water may deteriorate the foam. This is why they recommend waterproof covers for use with memory foam especially.

    If your going to toss it anyway it's probably worth a shot.

    Glad to know you can't machine wash them cause I mysteriously have acquired a truckload of dirty ones!LOL!
