It is in Florida, if its a private sale, and the buyer/seller is 18 or over.
But, you really need to consult your local laws/Statutes, and not the Glock talk lawyers.
Probably depends on your state.
In my state people that are 18-20 can legally own a firearm under certain circumstances.
This is a true statement, I dug into that last month following a blotched deal with a buyer.
I think you can privately buy or sell a gun to anyone over 18 in Louisiana. Store you must be 21 to buy. That's why I actively pursue private sales
