I bought my first Glock in late October (27 gen4), my second in January (17 gen 4) and today I ordered another (26 gen4). Does this fever last long and why did no one on GT not warn me about it? :dunno:

Well I bought my first one on 12/9/11, bought my second one today, less than two months later. I don't know if it is addictive or not but I'm already thinking about what my next one is going to be and I haven't even shot my newest one yet.

Glocks are not addictive, the internet is addictive. I had a Glock for 10 years and it wasn't until I went online and researched Glocks that I had to have 4 more.

First one was a gen 4 19 back in October, just added a brand new gen 3 26. I think I'm addicted, and like previously stated.....I think it's this forum that is doing it to me, but I'm not going anywhere!!

    AFAIK, there isn't a cure for Glock Fever once you get it. I've bought 4 Glocks in the last 4 months...Gen 2 17, Gen 2 17, Gen 4 38, Gen 2 19.

Because everyone here is likewise infected and has been hived.

I bought my 27 less than a month ago and am now wanting a 26 to go with it.

Hell I got ya beat. Bought a gen 4 g19 the first week of January, less than 10 days later I bought a gen 4 g26. Now I'm looking at a 23 or 27. I'm afraid it gets worse before or if it gets better.

I sold my G17. Now I have a G26 and a Beretta Cougar. Wife has her G19, Beretta Bobcat and LCP. And three long guns. I don't really want a safe full of guns.

Sorry to jump off topic, but since this is only a "fun" thread...

How do you like that Cougar? Is that a beautiful piece of craftsmanship or what?

The Cougar will never be sold. It's a '94 in perfect shape. Beautiful gun but a tad heavy for CC at 34 oz empty.

It can be. I got crazy for a while but finally realized i don't need a safe full of guns doing nothing. I just sold a gen 4 19 and am selling my gen 4 21 next week. I still have a gen 3 17, 2-gen 4 23's (edc guns) and a gen 4 27. I do plan on getting a gen 4 22 to finish off my .40 collection but decided to sell the 19 and 21 to fund finishing my AR build. Just ordered an eotech exps2-0 and eotech x3 magnifier. Gonna buy an arsenal ak before i buy anymore hand guns.

What caliber is the Cougar and how do you like your 26? I also have a U22 Neos and everybody loves to plink with it. I like Berettas too.

It's a '94 Cougar 8000. 10 round Clinton era 9mm. Very smooth shooter with it's rotating barrel. Not sure if that's the reason for smooth shooting or just the weight of the gun but it does shoot nice and fits my hand like it was made for me. My G26 is my favorite of the Glocks. Accurate and a good compromise between weight, caliber and capacity for CC.

Yeah but it's not as big as my AK or Mossberg.
She's a woman and can't make up her mind what she wants. Now she thinks she wants a Beretta Cheetah. They are purty. Her G19 stays in the safe while she carries her LCP IWB and the little Bobcat in her purse. She'll probably sell the 19. Only to buy a Beretta PX4 Storm subcompact.:faint:
