I know I can clear my tracks while browsing, but since being on a network and I use IE how could I stop or forbid the logging program on our proxy server which counts how much data I've downloaded or uploaded. I don't have admin right, what software could do this or special procedure.

    Thanks.

You don't. You can't control the proxy server. That would be like trying to fool the electric company on your bill.

Yup, you're out of luck, unless your network admin is a goon.
