Called the other day inquiring about some .40 cal 165gr loads I was interested in. The tech guy (Linn Hendrickson) proceeds to tell me that with Cor Bon having difficulty getting Nosler and Sierra bullets (and Gold Dots also I'd assume) that Cor Bon is now going to start producing their own! He said they would be more closely akin to the Sierras and should be going in about a month or so.

    Interesting......

That is interesting. Did he mention any ideas on pricing?

    No.

He only mentioned that they bought the machinery to do it.

I think it varies by caliber and bullet weight. A hodge-podge?

CorBon produces some very good bonded core hunting bullets as well as their own Penetrator line. I would think that the SD bullets they will be producing will be top quality as well.

Corbons are famous for coming apart on impact, or used to be, whats the take now, i like the DPX bullets they make, but they ARE PRICY AND HARD TO LOCATE, BUT VERY GOOD 40CAL CARRY AMMO....imho
