Hey guys just wanted to let you know I have now successfully performed to sight swaps. One on a brand new G23 and one on G27 with out all the professional tools. Heres what you need:

    - Vice
    - Non-marring jaws - Available at Home Depot
    - Center punch
    - Wire nut
    - 3/16" nut driver - Might have to grind down the outside
    - Locktite

Take the center punch and hammer the tip of it into a blue wire nut. This makes the punch non-marring. I tried to buy a nylon tipped center punch but couldn't find one. Use the center punch to remove the existing sight and install the new one. I found that a little WD40 helps losen the sight. Flip the slide over use the punch w/o nut to remove the stock staked sight. Use a 3/16" nut driver and a dab of locktite to install the new sight. Enjoy your new sights.

I know this sounds ghetto, but hey it works and saves me $30 bucks everytime.
