http://gma.yahoo.com/colorado-man-c...submerged-214038116--abc-news-topstories.html I know, I know. All these messed up law suits pop up all the time, but I don't know why but this one truly got on my nerves. This dude's vehicle hit a part of a road that got washed out and plunged into a creek. There's no detail of how submerged his vehicle got but apparently he found an air pocket inside the car to survive the next 2-hours when he got rescued. His suit against the government was that there should have been road closure. Okay, I might buy that argument. But he's also suing the first responders because they didn't know that he was inside the car and rescued him earlier. I guess the first responders are expected to have X-ray vision or something and can see through metal. Also, what sort of pathetic loser that just wait in the car for two hours while the air was running out instead of trying to make for an escape?
