Haven't seen one that I can recall, is there such an animal? Would like to stay under $500-$550.

    Possibly RIA.

STI has one, but it's ~$650

RIA for sure, but I don't know about Commander size. I've only seen the full size 9mm models listed.

Please dont disgrace the 1911 by getting one chambered in 9mm, doesnt that kind of contradict the purpose of buying a 1911?

Sig P250 is DOA with a 3.86" barrel. Price is right - often under $400.

Guess it'll just take a bit longer to save up the extra $200. Well worth it though, I'm sure.

    Oak Hill are good folks.

I bought all three of my STI guns from them and their service is awesome.

No complaints with the pair of Spartan Vs I recently picked up.

For some of us, 1911 is about the platform and not the round.
