Even with the storms in took almost a hour past the quoted call ahead time. But, it was worth it once I got food in front of me.

This was Texas Roadhouse. But, I am looking forward to hitting up some BBQ stands too.

Good eating there. I missed draft beer the most.

Ohio opened up this past Thursday. We hit our favorite eatery that night. It was very nice. Didn't realize how much we enjoyed eating out.

For most of us our diet will kill us before COVID-19 does.

They want us to wear masks while spending 5 minutes in a huge box store but sitting unmasked 6 feet from total strangers for an hour in a small room with their mouths flapping all the time is fine.

    Ok, we'll see what happens.

    That dinner looks really good.

We're not "there" yet. Even before the virus drama, we ate out infrequently. My wife is an amazing cook and both of us being retired, we didn't really eat out much.

All three in my household are probably at higher risk for complications from this bug. We go out a couple times a week for shopping. Kinda like before. Restaurants are not high on the priority list to be frank.

Regardless of what government mandates, and as @cowboy1964 just posted, I see a big difference in risk with masked, brief contact while shopping vs sitting within feet of unmasked strangers for an hour plus. I really don't know how the food industry will survive. It was my understanding that it was a close margin business before the Chinese virus was inflicted on us. Now?
