Aw man! I totally did bad!:treadmill:
Well, I guess for my first gun race, at least I "passed."

IndianaMatt is not to be discouraged! See you all in Michigan this August!

Anyone know when raffle/prizes will be up?
Finals will be posted in about 30 days. GSSF always waits at least 30 days, giving competitors an opportunity to have any errors researched and corrected.
I did pretty good. Second best finish at a GSSF Match so I'm happy. Of course attendance was down so that may of had something to do with doing better.

A bunch of us from over dis way vill see ya der! We like the Brighton match when no hurricanes are around.

My scores picked up where they left off last year, no practice showing.
Congrats to Butch for his clean run in Comp!

I did email Donna to remind them I got promoted last year so, yes, there were at least 10 masters in Sub-Compact. Nice shootin' Dan!
;)
Congrats to Vance Schmid who put up some awesome Am scores.
;)
Of course he did. Look him upon the USPSA web site. His member # is CA71

i'll bet you and him are no longer friends and if i were him i'd withdraw my entries and i sure wouldn't shoot GSSF again, but that's the sort of thing an honorable person would do.
Why wait for Brighton, Marietta is before that match and it's not too far away.
Did anybody (besides me) notice that Butch shot clean in Master Competition at the Indiana match?

Congrats, Butch! I consider shooting clean a special accomplishment--GSSF ought to award a certificate for it--even if it doesn't result in a winning score.

I'm not a USPSA member, so I can't do that. Has anyone contacted GSSF about this alleged irregularity?

I think Grady Whitelaw(legs) shot Major Sub clean also. Good job there Grady:faint:

Gary, I agree. It's pretty cool when it happens.

I edited my remarks in the post above also after someone named Google pointed out to me someone was also 2008 NRA World Action Pistol champ (metallic sights). I defer any other comment.
:shakehead:

Sharon, I'd love to do nuthin' but traipse around following you & ede to matches, but Marietta is a stretch schedule wise. I have a dear friend lives about 11 mi from Brighton too so no lodging worries either for me and my tribe. As you well know, a dry Brighton would be a good one, along with white plates, not blue ones.
Wes, i just wrote the check and did the registration for Oakdale. Looks like i'll have to be in Neenah for a week or so towards the end of july and i'm going to gamble it'll work out to shoot st. paul.

It's been discussed in another string in this forum. GSSF is supposed to be aware of his master class status & will correct the problem.

See the post titled "Division ?"

Okay! I look bad enough when compared to folks who are Amateurs; I don't need Masters making me look even worse! :faint:

Gary -

You don't have to be a member to look up a USPSA shooter's profile if you know his/her number... just go to USPSA.org, then enter the shooter's number. You can see the same data provided above by 9146.

You do have to be a member to look up other things. For example, CA71's status was calculated (in part) using a "classifier" stage he shot 3/08 at a specific gun range. Being a member, I was able to look at that match & see his full name & his scores for that entire match (& other matches).

COOL! From Neenah, your best bet is to head west on Hwy 21 to Tomah (long slog but fairly straight, watch for deer), then it's a real easy trip up I-94. You don't even have to get into the Twin Cities proper for the match. Let me know which day you might shoot.
