STARTS TODAY! This is always a 'shooters' favorite.

This event in particular gives you a good tactical practice in areas such as situational awareness, weapon retention, site picture, etc.

At least taking from past BE events, others have certainly used this event to practice their handgun prowess. Last year THREE shooting disgraced this event.

Let's hope that THIS year no shots will be fired in Indy.

Anything that happens after 9pm disgraces this event.....go downtown and see how proud we should be that the city leaders allow this to happen to our state capitol.

Prosecutors filed battery charges this morning against an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Officer accused of kicking a 17-year-old boy he arrested during Black Expo.

A video taken by the department shows Officer Adam Chappell kicking Brian Jeter while other officers were holding him down near Illinois and Maryland streets on July 21, said Matthew Symons, spokesman for Prosecutor Carl Brizzi.
Records show Chappell was booked at the Arrestee Processing Center Monday night and released on $7,500 bond.
