    It's a win/win/win if he lets it become law without signature. No one gets to say he signed it into law. He can say he did not oppose it. it still becomes the law of the land.

    Still gutless on his part, IMHO. I say, be a man and put your name on what you support. Still a good thing for the fine folks of IN.

    Well, I think part of it is... a lot of business owners have already vowed to fight this in court. I'm not saying that makes his position reasonable, but it gives him an out.. He's actually signed some other pro-gun laws as well, since in office. Mitch is also a very shrewd politician though...

    Who knows, he might sign it, but I see him letting it sit there till it just becomes law w/o his signature.
