where the average consumer can go in and purchase a container, of any size, filled with fresh fried okra. I'm thinking of a wide range of flavor sensations - cajun, buttermilk, cracklins - you name it. There would be a tantalizing array of side dishes to complement the consumer's selection. Also, there could be seminars on the weekend with featured okra chefs from the finest restaurants so that patrons could properly develop their palates.

    Franchises available, but hurry...

ANY size might be stretching it a bit.

50# sounds like a reasonable limit, otherwise your patrons would stock up like once a year and you'd lose out on those side dish sales.

    Gotta think practical.

Just remember how Kenny Rogers' waning career resurged after he stuck his name on that chicken place...

"Chute's Okra Bucket" or "The Okra Chute"... hmmm, could be the start of a whole new thing.
