Three times a week, I can't stop. I get a steak (double steak or sometimes if I'm feeling spicy I'll get steak and chicken) ALWAYS with brown rice, black beans, sour cream (mhhmmmmm), cheese, and GUACAMOLE!!! YEAH BABY!

    Anyone else?

I've had one just a couple blocks from the office for three years now....I keep telling myself I will try it one day. I think I don't like the name and that's why I haven't been. A family favorite "Johnny Leverocks" has such a horrible name that I will never, ever eat there no matter how many family dinners I will miss.

    For the OP

Mine, chicken, extra onions/peppers, mild salsa/lettuce. Why is the sour cream so runny?

Never been, but I'm sure I'd enjoy it. I love burritos.

My "diet" allows for the Fresco Chicken Burrito Supreme (340 cals) at Taco Bell and it is actually pretty damned good, and filling.

Another great chain burrito is Moe's. They've got good grub!

You know Chipotle doesn't actually offer any chipotle peppers as far as I know. Maybe they have Chipotle tabasco sauce near the condiment counter, but other than that I haven't seen chipotle peppers anywhere in the place.

I was too until I read their calorie chart. Don’t do it if you want to continue to enjoy eating there.

I used to be, BAD....like there were many times I'd eat it for lunch, dinner, then lunch the next day....not sure if I ever did 4 meals in a row....but 3-5+ times per week was common.

Anyway, one day was like someone flipped a switch & I lost my taste for it. Now, I can actually barely stand it. It just tastes *SO* salty to me, I can't stand it. Haven't made any changes to my diet, not sure if they change their recipies or what, but I can hardly stand to eat it anymore...

Chipotle = Taco Bell quality food & Golden Corral level service at sit down Mexican restaurant prices.

Chipoltle is to Mexican what Pei Wei is to Asian.

Agreed. I would also add that the "carnitas" are not carnitas, nor is the "barbacoa" any semblance of what it is supposed to be.

Oh, and I usually leave my stuff on the table, because the tins don't fit down the garbage hole.

I feel exactly the same way. When I first moved to CO, about 11 years ago, I'd eat it six times a week. The prices went up, IIRC, from just over $5 to almost $7. (To be fair, pretty much all food prices have gone up.) At the one I (rarely) go to now, they also skimp on the rice and beans and I always have to ask for more. Kind of annoying, considering it's a pretty pricey burrito. I finally came to the conclusion that their chicken is nasty (lots of fat) so I order the guac./veggie burrito. I don't dare drink water before, or for several hours after, I eat one of those things. That poses a problem because they're REALLY salty.
