Yes, I come from the land that forgot the second Amendment, the Soviet Socialist People's Republik of Illinois. We are the only State, the only one, that does not have any kind of Concealed Carry (or even open carry, lol!) and if you do carry a loaded gun, you are comitting a Felony Unlawful Use of Weapon. Once convicted of that, you can never lawfully possess a firearm - except in very few exceptional cases. So we start by picking some Patriotic days over the year, and on those days, or everyday, hundreds of people will be in public - armed with an empty holster. Get people used to seeing people with a holster and make a point. In Illinois we are denied the right to bear arms. Any thoughts?
