    Compared to the cost of a standard Glock extractor the price isn't bad if that's what you want. My G36 has a hard chrome upper, it is a very tough finish.

    That's exactly what I did to the extractor, slide stop lever and pins.....:supergrin:

    That is one way to look at it, another way is to consider that people can do what they want with their own property.

    Hey raybo! it only took ½ hour to finished the job plus a few Heineken:supergrin:...beside, what else is there to do when you're retired, the kids are gone and the house and vehicles are paid off? just play golf, go hunting and polish my cars and my guns:wavey:

    Need to have 20/20 vision if he can see a little chromed extractor. I guess carrying a concealed stainless 2.5" SP101 or a S&W 638 Airweight revolver is out of the question...hmmm:upeyes:

    Man I just wantesd to say this: Ya went and did something you liked and think is cool. Some of the very people that make fun of it have shiny silver after market barrels. Isn't that odd? I sat down the other day with a 'spare" glock barrel I had in the safe, and polished the snot out of it just to see if I could. I did. It looks like I have a KKM in it. Not bad.

    Moral of post here: It's your gun, you like it, heck with the rest. :thumbsup:
