None of the above. Have a Stainless slide P97 from Ruger that works better than them

I'm torn between the Baer and the Wilson. I like Brown's, but not the Kobra itself. Offhand, I forget which one the Enforcer is, from NH.

If I had to chose between these four, I'd pick the Wilson. All are great pistols, but it's the one I'd prefer.

Baer. Any of those would be pure target guns for me and Baer makes his extra tight, which I like in a target gun.

Need pics so I can see what kind of bells and whistles they all have on em'. When it comes to 1911a1's I'm a pretty simple kind of guy. Basically a stock Mil-Spec gun with good sights, flat main spring housing, beaver tail grip safety, Commander hammer and long trigger are about all the "crap" I like on my guns. Most all of em' come with a beveled mag well anymore and I can flute the ejector port on my own but that's mostly to keep your brass from getting dinged up more then anything.
Personally, if I had the budget I'd get a Springfield Armory Full Size Mil-Spec and add the mods I've listed if it already didn't come with them.

I don't know, I've just never really been a fan of "Custom" 1911a1's. I mean, these guns are so easy to work on, they've been around forever and a day, plenty of great books and CD's that'll show you how to do things to em', like I said, get a bare bones Mil-Spec and do the mods yourself. You'll save a boat load of cash, learn about your gun and have the pride in knowing that you did it yourself. Why pay some gunsmith an extra $1000 bucks to do mods you can do practically for free at home with a few simple tools.

I was hoping you would share your opinion Bac.
What do you like specifically about the nighthawk over the others? I have been leaning toward the Kobra carry, but appreciate, and respect your advice. I'd like to get them all eventually, but .... It's gonna be a while before I can afford them all.

Of the ones you listed I'd pick the Kobra Carry because of its Commander-size and bobtail. I've only owned full-size 1911s and always wanted a Commander.
