I have a SESxxx serial number Glock 17, a later model Gen 3 made in late 2011.

I have had it out to the range a couple of times now, shooting exclusively weak ammo, 115 gr WWB and American Eagle 115 gr.
All ammo has extracted relibly and flies to 4 O'clock. 0 problems in over 300 rounds, which isn't that much but whatever.

But from what I have heard from so many people online, is it seems these guns either have problems now, or later.

Would it be SO bizarre if my gun never had ejection issues?
Seems like the norm with these guns, like prostate issues in old age, but perhaps I should just leave it alone and count my blessings.

My urologist told me it's good to keep an active prostate. :)

Yeah it is normal for any Glock to be stupid reliable. Yes they are bad ones out there with issues but these are normally fixed just swapping out parts, incorrect ammo/loads, user error.

If a gun runs the last thing you want to do is mess with it based on some random rumor/ Internet banter. Shoot it and if it ever develops problems address it then. WAY too many OCD types around that seems to fixate on the inconsequential !

There's the only problem you've got.
