    Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can assist me in a minor inconvenience. After adding and deleting some programs, they have left their run options in the right-hand click IE6 pop-up menu. I've deleted the programs in control panel but the non-functioning options still appear in that menu. BTW running W2K. Thanks for any assistance.

First, go to Tools -> Manage Add-ons... and see if anything in there looks like it might be the one you want to remove or disable.

Next, if you're familiar with editing the registry, go to:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and see if there are any list there that you want to get rid of.

Thanks for your response Toyman. In 'Tools', I do not have the manage add-ons option. Unfortunately I never edited the registry so I don't know the procedure to use this fix either. Any ideas?!??!??

Made a dive into the deep end (regedit). Deleted the offending entries in the area you indicated and voila, they are gone. Thank you sir!
