Ice cream Tools: 1-quart sized zip lock plastic bag 1- gallon sized zip lock plastic bag. 1- spoon Put 1 cup of milk, skim, 2%, whole whatever in the quart-sized bag. Add a spoonful or two of sugar, shake of salt, and a shot of Vanilla or whatever flavoring you like. Zip closed. Put one tray of ice cubes and a tablespoon of salt in the gallon-sized bag. Put the quart-sized one into the gallon-sized one and zip it closed. Now toss the bags until you have ice cream. It usually happens within five minutes. Remove the smaller bag and open it and insert the spoon and eat. Its fun to do with kids on a hot day.
