73AA848D-0E9E-4DF3-A46D-C144AC0F910B.png I got a request for aid. I know my tax $$$ will go to rebuild what they destroyed. And I’m supposed to feel bad? Congrats. The riots showed every bad stereotype in living colors.
A few months ago I didn’t care what a persons skin color is. Now I have a legit concern I might be attacked for mine. The big lie was believed.
Ever dollar I donated in the past I regret.

    Reap what you sow.

Agreed, I make unapproved donations via my taxes confiscated by the government.

Certainly won't be making any additional donations.

F%$k 'em. Let them suffer the consequences of their inaction by not shutting down the riots immediately.
Won't be long before these stupid liberals find themselves living in mad max hell.

Let the ones who tore it up pay to rebuild it.

And no medical provider ever gave me free treatment, why should I pay them money I don't owe them?

I believe Dr. Martin Luther King’s idea of passive resistance had a far greater impact in a positive way than rioting does.

His marches and speeches made a very positive impact on me.

These riots have had just the opposite effect.

There are (and should be) consequences to sh*ting in you own nest. BTW, I did not sh*t in you nest, "you" did.
Contrary to a popular refrain I keep hearing, IMHO, we are not all in this together. :flag:

I do feel bad for the many good people in those communities who will suffer the most. But I believe most of my donations go to those who ruined things.

Not a dime from me. When the Mayor didn't stop the riots and then the Govener didn't stop them, and then the people did nothing, then your on your own.

HCMC. Hennepin County Medical Center has sadly been my vacation spot too often over last 25 yrs. I spent almost a decade away during that time.
It’s not a great area. But I walked it at times. Hated being inside...I honestly wouldn’t now. (Walk neighborhood)

Of course they are not. It’s not biblical.
I’d be Leery of any who were, and the justification they use for the request.

Why shouldn't the mayor and governor be handed the bill for the costs THEIR action/inaction incurred? Take it out of their salaries/401(k)/savings accounts. It's the only way to learn fiscal responsibility.

Speaking of walls, I was researching the latest status of Covid and noticed that New Zealand's solution to the invasion of contagion was to shut down their border to everyone except citizens in some cases. Why can't we get away with doing that? Aren't we supposed to be imitating the polices of the progressive, "socially evolved" countries?
