Hey everyone. I used to box occasionally for fun several years ago, and now I am really wanting to get back into it, seriously. I want to be tough, fast, strong, and extremely aggressive (this is mostly mental, and I am pretty good at it). I need a punching bag first, to work on coordination and speed, and I need to start some more workouts. I also want to drop a few pounds, which are mostly on my lower belly area. Can anyone suggest a workout and routine for this stuff? Thanks!
