No, no I didn't mess with anyone's property. Went to use the drive up ATM machine at my bank and someone had stuck "Steelworkers for Obama 2012" on the machine so I tore it off and it felt good! Anywho, I didn't even know we had a steelworkers union in N. Texas.:dunno:

    Slow learners those Democrats.

Democrats did not protect the 2nd largest steel company in the US here; it went bankrupt in 2002.

The steelworker’s union hall is still open though.

um, isn't that ATM the bank's property? How do you know they didn't put the sticker on there themselves? I'm not an Obama fan, but I'd have just complained to the bank and let them deal with the sticker.

A union for Obama  - does that say more bad about Obama or the union? Hard to decide, but the guy with the sticker is a POS either way.

See what happens when you allow everyone to vote?

These thugs are no better than the thugs on welfare voting in a politician solely on self-interest, and not that of the country.

I have to stop and think you know, if you are a union, then surely you are employed, if you are employed why would you want a free phone, you know, so um, what does that have to do with a sticker?

HA! He did the bank a favor by cleaning up their equipment. Send them a cleaning bill.

I was on the way to the range on Saturday morning and a pickup passed me flying 4 of those obummer flags that look like a US flag with his picture on it. He had one at each corner of the truck bed. He was really moving and I was hoping a state trooper was hanging out in his usual spot. No such luck. He already had someone pulled over about 4 miles up the interstate.

Because he had a clue. Companies like banks don't take political stances and start putting up campaign stickers. They don't want to "offend" any of their customers.

BOFA at the headquarters level might donate some money to a campaign fund, but you won't see any political statements at the local level (bank branches).

Hmmm... so who's fault is it that a steel company failed to remain competitive and went bankrupt?

    :dunno:

What kind of protections/ bailouts/ stimulus/ scams would you have given them?

All the more reason for the bank to hear complaints from their customers.
The OP saw a political statement at his local bank. We have to assume any statements on the bank's property reflect the bank's position.

I've considered ripping them off of cars before.

I've never done it - I consider it the car owner's right to advertise that he/she is an idiot.

None. I'd have (assuming I could get congress to do so) removed government enforced union participation. Doesn't cost any tax money and very easily makes the company competitive. Deregulation solves many problems, but the left always assume more regulation is needed.
