Gooooooood morning my dear glock brothers!

When I show a photo of my G19 to the people (people without firearms addiction), they have never said: " WOW, BEAUTIFUL HANDGUN ! " .
    Usually the say: "... mmmm ... it's black !"
    ...or... " 44 magnum ?? "
...and... " have you got some photoes of your wife??"

I KNOW THE REASON! Because Glock is ugly (or my wife is cute?)

    GLOCK IS:

    1) squared
    2) not brilliant
    3) squat
    4) massive trigger guard
    ... etc ...

But I say that I LOVE MY GLOCK precisely for these reasons.

    and you?

I get mixed reviews on my Glock EXO G27-357.
But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

And behold how my beauty shoots!

How do you dial something in that had nothing to dial in?

I like the way the Glock looks but I like the looks of other pistols much more. Example: HK P30 and the S&W M&P series are more aesthetically pleasing, and much better looking than both of those are 1911's and P-35's, but there is something pleasing in the simplicity of a Glock.

I first saw a Glock in 1982 and thought: "It looks like it was designed by Woody Woodpecker."

Now, many years later, I trust my life with my G26.

I actually don't get the constant comments about Glocks being "ugly".
Been shooting for fifty years...I love S&W K frames, HiPowers, 1911's, and other classic pistols.
But I think Glocks are very attractive, purpose built and ergonomic handguns.
I think a lot of it comes from the haters.

If you have a Glock that functions and shoots you could care less what it looks like,it's very comforting.
Me I would rather have a old multi fuel Power Wagon than a brand new shiny Corvette, but that's just me. SJ 40

It's just a figure of speech.

As for the aesthetics of the Glock, well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I understand your point of view, because glock is authoritarian!

I was never a Glock fan..period..until now. I am a 1911 person with a taste of Old West guns as well. I also love the Sigs. I was at the range and had the op to try a couple of Glocks, a 21 and a 22. Though it was a strange grip angle at first, I liked the way it pointed. After several hundred rounds, I grew to like Glock. I now have a couple, and my everyday carry is usually a G27. Ugly is the right term for the Glock appearance..no pizzazz, but they can shoot. What else can I say!!

To me, Glocks are neither ugly nor attractive. They just have a look of "business-like appearance".
