What a weekend! Kept the smoker grill going just about the whole time.......

Now, I don't think that I can get the smell of the mesquite bourbon chops, the balsamic vinegar Italian chicken, the ground round sausage burgers, and the dogs that I cooked out of my clothing and hair.

Neighborhood dogs are starting to follow me around. And everything turned out great.....

I think that I am off hickory now. Well, maybe that's going a bit far.

Hope the rest of you had a great weekend.

Yeah, I started doing this a few months back and my wife and son will fistfight you over them.....

I take a little mild sausage and mix it in with the ground round before adding the following in loving doses...

worchester (sp) sauce (not too much or they will fall apart)
    black pepper
    salt
    a dash of onion powder
drop or two of steak sauce

and then I sprinkle a dash of KC Masterpiece grilling rub on top of the patties. Fire them puppies up over a bed of Kingsford (started in a chimney starter) with a little soaked mesquite chips and flip them a couple of times. Top off with some bacon, sliced cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce and throw all of that on a seeded bun......

    make you slap yo mamma.
