    I've owned a G19 Gen 3 and a G23 Gen 4 but ever since I got my 17 and 21, I now can't stand any compact size Glock.

Am I just incredibly strange or is this actually kind of common?

i think he is talking about the mid size, compact glocks....i personally cant stand the full size glocks anymore...there is no need for this size in my world...compact and subs are my world now...

for me anyway, the compact fits the bill as a full size pistol...

It isn't shooting capability actually. I just, dislike them. I don't exactly know why. The grip isn't as good since it is shorter compared to a full size and every time I look at a compact Glock, they just seem... (Don't kill me for this guys)..whimpy small..lol I don't know.

Maybe it is because I don't have a use for them anymore since I don't mind carrying my 17 and when I do mind carrying it, I'll go with the 26, when I buy one again that is.

That is exactly how I use to feel. Until I got a 21 and 17. Then, I changed completely.

I am strange, I get it lol

    Simple answer. "Size matters." :whistling:

A couple friends told me get a 17 instead of a 19. Get a Gen 4 not a Gen 3. I went with what I wanted, the Gen 3 19 but due to constant badgering I began to doubt myself... That was until yesterday when I rented the Gen 4 17. Now I'm happy again. :)

I can't use the 19/23 either. My fat fingers bunch up on the grip & I can't get all my fingers on the grip well enough to shoot comfortably. I can shoot them if I had too. The sub's & full size Glocks I have no problem with.

I can CCW a full-size fairly easy but I love my sub compact when venturing into communist states that don't recognize my God given rights to defend myself and my family. I can fit my M26 into a front jean pocket with a twelve rnd. mag and a spare 19 rnd in my opposite pocket. Let's see, on this side of the border a citizen exercising their constitutional rights, and on the other side a felon with a machine gun. If i could only own one pistol it would be a Glock M19, the perfect combination of shoot-ability and carry.

If I could carry my g17 all year around I would, but it's just not a practical option when spring and summer hit. It's getting warmer and now I wish I still had a g26.

Then don't purchase any compact Glocks.
    Sell any you already own.

    There... wasn't that easy?
