With the patents running out on Viagra, the generic Sildenafil can be had for a reasonable price. Go the legitimate route and get a comprehensive opinion from a doctor.
It worked fine for me, but I'm hoping they come out with something comparable for the females.

My Dr prescribed me the 20mg pills and said to take 5 for 100mg effect. I looked on Goodrx and found a really cheap pharmacy price with the cupon.... I have been having fun ever since

Be sure and tell him to only use it as directed.

Well you know one guy more then me who "admits" it. Even if you don't "need" it there is no harm in putting a little more lead in the pencil.

That old Chinese doc knew that some hearts aren't healthy enough for the 'blue pill' effects or the excitement of high-passion activity. I would never consider taking the pill without clearance by my internist and my cardiologist even though my recent stress test showed "normal heart function".

my (overweight) uncle Billy checked out this way. It was pretty embarrassing for my aunt at the funeral since news (gossip) circulated pretty quickly as to the real cause of death.

Maybe Uncle Billy had a bad ticker that just couldn't take the excitement.

The answer is multi-faceted. Any muscle that gets used frequently is going to work better and we know that more penile use is good for reducing stress, yada, yada, yada.

The exercise part comes in when we talk about hypertension. Prolonged and sustained high blood pressure causes erectile dysfunction and regular exercise helps control blood pressure and is good for your heart.

We have a cardiologist who can give more in-depth info on this if he chooses, paging @-JCN-

He sounds kinda selfish. I can't imagine how my wife would feel if that happened.

Oh no! Another "it isn't me, but I am asking for a friend" threads.

How about telling us why you are close friends with a dummy who won't go to a physician? Is he computer illiterate and doesn't have a computer? If so, show him how to use a browser on your computer. Then both of you have learned about viagra. Better still, sign him up for discounted government sponsored healthcare. Just drive him to the welfare office and take him in. He will be told how to apply.

Just before he does the deed, my urologist, Dr Iceyfinger, tells me I have pretty eyes.

I went to an urologist recently as BPH is getting to be a PIA at age 68. He did cystoscopy in the office and said yep I have moderate BPH and wrote a prescription for that, generic Flomax. Then I asked him about generic Cialis (tadalafil) and he wrote me a prescription. It turns out they work with a local compounding pharmacy and tadalafil 10mg 30 tablets are only $90. I am like yeah I would like to try that out for $3 a pill. I could cut them in half and try the daily Cialis 5 mg dosage too if I want to give that a try. I thought it was great that they found a way for patients to get affordable tadalafil as insurance typically does not cover it even for BPH without a lot of hassle including trying a couple alternative drugs, like Flomax, first. They even had a mail order compounding pharmacy where I could have bought it for $2 a pill but I decided to go local.
