    I would like to get some opinions. I can't promise I'll buy what gets the most votes but I promise I'll take in strongly into consideration. :D

    So here we go...
    First off, imagine a have quite a few guns but none on this list. I really like 9mm's. It's my favorite caliber and I continue to buy more because I have a lot of 9mm ammo and just overall really like it as a round.

    I'm choosing these three because I've always wanted them and don't currently own any. Price isn't a consideration. So please don't say buy the Glock and spend the remaining on ammo. I have 10's of thousands of 9mm rounds and the means to reload many more.

    I currently don't own any Hk firearm of any sort, which is why I'm leaning toward that one.

    If SIG buy an older West German mfg.
    HK... out of the three, new, that'd be my 1st choice
    Glock, since I have one... I'd place it third any way from your choices.

    Good point, I probably won't shoot any of them too often. Just another gun for the collection and for a family member to inherit one day. I will shoot it and enjoy it, just not as often as my current favorites.

    I vote USP, especially if you already have any other Glocks in your collection. I carry an issued P2000 and it has grown on me. I still like my personal G19, but it really feels a little crude compared to the HK.

    I have one Sig (German P228) and 3 9mm Glocks currently. I tend to agree with you...:)

    I shot my friends vp9 a few weeks ago. I loved it. My only complaint is the location of the slide stop lever. With a proper grip, your thumb lays directly on the lever. You have to adjust your thumb or your slide wont lock back on an empty mag.

    But I already have 3. And I legally own pre-ban hi-cap 1911 mags.

    JK, I do not currently own a LB, I do however own one Colt 1911 that I never shoot. Just not my cup of tea. And I get to turn in my hi-cap mags by July of this year or destroy them under new law. :(

    Just my opinion and thought process;

    You already own a G19 and know what to expect from Glock. The G17 wouldn't be very exciting since you haven't bought a new gun in a while, but you could use the mags with your 19 and if you really like Glock it would be hard to be completely let down.

    I've never owned an HK, but have always been interested. Buy one and let me know!

    My vote would be the P226. It's always felt like one of the best pistols in my hand and has been a long time favorite. I like the clean, classic look of the German ones, but can honestly say the modern Exeter made P series quality is every bit as good in my experience.
