What beef you use and what fillers?

Meat is half Beef and half Pork Minc, Pork fat Milk and Ice, Phosphate, Nitate, Salt and spices, then emulsify, bake 340 degrees for 1hour and half

We do those as well. The one I made is more like cold cut charcuterie

It's a Stone Oven
Yeah. Dutch oven, 'camping style'. That's a patio paver under the dutch oven. Makes clean-up of the charcoal easier.
