    I really hate slumming it.

Had to buy a last minute ticket. It was a take whatever seat I could get. It is worse than I could imagine....

    And then going to Newark.....

You could have to ride there on the back of a three legged camel and it would still be worse having to actually be in Newark.

Newark isn’t all that bad. You get a nice view of NYC while there.

    No.

But I sat next to a GTer...

He was overweight. Camo hat. Couldn't took up half my seat. And had to man spread in addition to not fitting in his seat.

Probably thought the airline ticket should cost 10% over COGS too.

I am just amazed at people on an airplane.

The woman next to (other isle seat) had a 250-300 pound women boarding and had the middle seat. The big woman was trying to crawl over her. The other woman asked if she could wait until she stood up and let her in.

I don't have to visit them....fly in. fly out.

But I have been through TSA at Newark. You are being very about them.

I don't think it isolated to TSA in Newark airport. Any airport employee is shot the same.

I guess that I've been lucky. I've not flown commercial since 85. There were 16 people on the jet and I had the whole middle seats to stretch down in and sleep for 4 hours.

We fly 1st class whenever we can get two seats. Worth every bit of that $300 more for 3" wider seats and 3* more lean and a microwaved TV dinner! Of course I have to keep reminding the stewardess to close the curtain so we can't see the unwashed commoners back there slobbering and clawing at their bags of peanuts.

Coach should have wall dividers between the seats.

I'd be fine with flying if I could get the slob next to me to stay off. My favorite is the fat stupid mexican ladies that don't know how to cross their arms and keep elbowing you in the ribs the whole flight.
