Myself and some friends went out to supper and the choke and puke we went to, was said to have some damn good burgers, so I decided that's what I would have. I asked the waitress how big their burger's was and she said they had a burger with 4.5 lbs of meat and if I could eat it, said burger would be free. I asked if it was just the burger or if it was burger and fries, she said just a burger, so I said why the hell not. She then told me I had to pay in advance and if I ate the thing I would get my money back. I thought that was kinda strange but I gave her the money. The cook brings out the burger and fries, and I asked I thought it was just the burger, he said nope gotta eat the fries also, and you got 1 hour. I finished it with 3 minutes to spare and they came to me and said only the owner can give me my money back and give me my T shirt, so now I have to make another 20 mile road trip to get my 20 bucks back. What the hell man:upeyes: That was a hell of a burger though:eat:

Big meals boost heart attack risk - Brief Article

    Science News, Dec 2, 2000 by D.C.

A heavy meal can dramatically increase a person's risk of having a heart attack soon after eating, according to a new study. The risk increased 10-fold in the first hour following the oversized meal, reduced to 4-fold by the second, and was almost gone 3 hours later--all compared with the risk during the same period the day before, when some people in the study had eaten a normal meal.
Heavy meals could thus be an important trigger of heart attacks among people prone to heart disease--including those with high blood pressure, obesity, and diabetes--says lead researcher Francisco Lopez-Jimenez of Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. The boost in risk may not matter as much to a young, healthy person, he says.

Lopez-Jimenez and his colleagues asked nearly 2,000 people who had had heart attacks about the meals they had eaten in the 26 hours before their attack. Of these, 158 reported eating an unusually heavy meal, and 25 of these people had eaten the big meal in the 2 hours before their heart attack.

"People should be aware of the sizes of each meal as well as the total number of calories they eat each day," says Lopez-Jimenez. "This is especially important for people who are trying to lose weight, since they often skip breakfast, have a light lunch, and then eat a big dinner."

Dam Okie, I woulda been pissed too. I'm not sure if even in my younger days I could have eaten a 4.5 lb burger. Course there was that one time in Savannah when my brother and I went for all you can eat fried shrimp at Red Lobster after cutting down trees all day. After about half a dozen plates every employee in the place came by to take a look. We had an audience taking bets on how many we could eat. The manager looked like he was ready to throw us out. I think we both could have eaten more but didn't want to get stuffed. Anyways, sorry you have to drive back to get your money, it just don't seem fair.
