it was a new display at the Evergreen Museum in McMinville Oregon. I got to check it out pretty close. It was a little beat up and obviously an old hangar queen as I could see that some of the parts were 'beat to fit'.

here is some viedo of one doing the most amazing flying i have EVER seen

    WOW! Amazing tricks.

I haven't been there in a while. Has Evergreen finished the hangar for the Spruce Goose?

and then some! ! build an IMAX and in the process of building another goose-size building ............as there are WAY to many aircraft and not enough space. The museum is on par with the big one in DC.

Last time I was there (~1995) it was still disassembled. I wandered into the parking lot behind Evergreen's offices (don't think I was supposed to be there), stood on the roof of my car and looked down the unattached wing root. I swear I could have walked bolt upright down the wing to the #5. What a behemoth!
