Start early. We popped the first one around 1100. HHI have a large format bottle that I need to consume. The pandemic has put a bit of a damper on parties, and I’m not prepared to take on the task myself.
Made with grapes we gave the French after their blight, but I digress. The real champaign process is fascinating...very labor intensive. HHOh my! The real stuff, eh? (Yes, I had to look it up.... forgot to grab the pronounciation, though :frown:
