    Took a nice rack of ribs, cut them up, dumped in some BBQ sauce and Crock Potted them for about 5 hours or so.

    As predicted, the meat was falling off the bone. It was so good, I had to do it twice. :eat:

    Did you sear them on the grill first?

    I love ribs, but I am just too lazy to get good results trying to slow cook them on the grill, and only a couple years ago I discovered the joys of the Crock-Pot....but I still let them sizzle of a minute so on the grill to add a little crispy texture before I put them in the slow cooker.

    Hi there. I used up my old local sauces. Not the new imported stuff yet.

    As for a photo, I was going to take one but I didnt think it would look nice on the screen. Next time I will.

    That's good stuff brother. I haven't tried them in the crock pot yet but that's my next ordeal. Whats the recipe for that?
