Now i just need to find the best price and go for it. Its not cheap, but i love the looks of it and just decided i need it. Ive got plenty of carry guns, I even have a .38 smith snubby. but i need the .357.

    I've got an M&P 360 .357 magnum. It's a very nice snubby w/front night site.

Tough to shoot .357 magnum out of though.

I pocket carry loaded with .38 special +P GD hollow points in a Galco pocket holster.

You can probably find a good used one on Gunbroker....A good pair of shooting gloves will help with the sting.

A nice lightweight J frame is always a nice addition to the collection.
I wish S&W would bring out one in 9mm.:whistling:

I like the ones with the CT laser grips. But maaaaann are they salty for a little revolver.

I love mine. There's nothing like running some .357 through it. Reminds you that you still have a pair. lol

I bought an M&P 340 for my dad as a retirement gift. It was about $700 from Bud's. He doesn't like .357s in it but it's a cool little gun. That night sight on the front is so much better than the blade on my 642.

I went the same route with a nemisis holster, although the mika is on order. I practice with wwb .38 and also carry the .38 +p gold dots. I tinker around with the .357 loads at the range and occasionally will carry, but rarely.

    I've got a 340 PD that I traded for. It's an excellent little gun. I think you'll like the 340 M&P.

I too, am lusting after an M&P 340.

I have a Ruger sp101, and am thinking of sending it off to Gemini Customs for a work over.....

But my current obsession is that Smith.

    Anyone got pics to share?
