I remember that video. Videos used to have such great comedic value.
Now they are going to owe (partial) royalties going back 6 years....
"You better run, you better take cover"!
On a serious note, tonight is the 1st time I ever saw the video....
Now I want a vegimite sammich.
Welcome to the 1980's
I'm still trying to see the similarity between My Sweet Lord and He's So Fine.
Are you sure? Out of curiousity, we bought some from World Market in Billings and that **** is downright nasty! HH
Have you seen this totally awesome new car that just came out:
Glad I'm not the only one...though, I was born in the 80s.
It was the 80s and I was dowwwwwn with the ladies.
Ummm, it's the '10s, who you down with now?
Hell yeah, the 80's rocked.(and still rock)
Only six years? That song is a heck of alot older than that. If Men At Work stole that flute section, they should have to pay royalties for the almost 30 years since that song has been out.
What the hell is a "vegimite sandwich"????
It looks tasty in the video...
Some people have too damn much time on their hands
I don't hold that song against Australia because AC/DC and Cate Blanchett come from there to.
Listen to them back to back.
Great song, ridiculous video. Reminiscent of the Monkees; just running around and acting silly. Not creative in the least.
I know how the Kookaburra song goes, and maybe one measure is similar. Ridiculous.
In the mid '80s Fantasy Records (unsuccessfully) sued John Fogarty over his song "The Old Man Down the Road", claiming it was too similar to another Fogarty song, "Run Through the Jungle".
Avril's "Girlfriend" takes greatly from the Rubinoos "I want to be your boyfriend"
